We started with an uncomfortable conviction: most of the business software we saw installed across Mexico did not solve the problem it had been bought for. Generic tools forced into a context they did not understand, with processes copied from another country and modules nobody ever got around to using.
We decided to do the opposite. Every system we build starts from the real process of a specific organization: how a six-branch store closes its register, how a university audits the quality of its online classes, how a collections team chases overdue accounts over WhatsApp. Process first, software second.
Artificial intelligence entered our work through the same door. Not as a marketing layer on top of a dashboard, but where it actually changes the outcome: suggesting what inventory to buy before it runs out, reviewing the thousand calls no supervisor will ever listen to, drafting the reply an agent would have spent four minutes writing. Today we operate with more than ten mid-size and large organizations, including the public sector.
The idea is simple and it orders everything we do: turn technology into operation. We don't hand over a license and walk away — we design, integrate and operate.
