Qualidot

We Share Your Criteria

Process auditability with artificial intelligence. If AI is more accurate, faster and cheaper, those are the KPIs society will use to identify risk.

The problem it solves

If artificial intelligence is more accurate, faster and cheaper than human judgment, then accuracy, time and cost stop being technical metrics and become the KPIs society uses to identify risk. An organization that cannot measure those three numbers against its own operation does not know where it is exposed — and every organization that evaluates quality hits the same ceiling: the criteria live in the heads of three or four supervisors and there aren't enough of them. Two percent of calls get listened to, one class per instructor per term gets observed, a sample of files gets reviewed. Whatever falls outside the sample isn't good or bad — it's simply unknown.

Qualidot works across six measurable axes: Risk, Learning Curve, Retention, Service Quality, Process Application and Process Standardization. These are not a dashboard: they translate into tangible outcomes — more sales from better-executed conversations, lower churn, shorter ramp times, and de facto standards the organization can defend in front of a certifier.

Modules

Six audit fronts on one foundation: an explicit rubric, applied identically to every case, with the evidence always one click away.

🎥 Virtual classes

Analysis of class recordings: plan adherence, use of resources, interaction and effective instruction time.

📞 Calls

Sales, support and collections. Script adherence, tone, objection handling and close.

📄 Documents

PDF, DOCX and Excel reviewed against criteria: completeness, consistency and required fields.

⏱️ Scheduled jobs

Audits that run themselves by batch and schedule. Volume stops depending on who has time.

📋 Rubrics

Criteria defined explicitly and versioned. Changing them is a logged event, not a conversation.

✅ Consulting and certification

Support to formalize criteria and sustain auditable evidence for certifying bodies.

How it works

🎥 Auditing the class nobody got around to observing

In online education, class observation is the most expensive quality instrument and the one with the least coverage. Qualidot processes recordings and evaluates what the institutional rubric defines as a good session: whether the plan was covered, whether the intended materials were used, how much time was effective instruction and what the interaction looked like. The coordinator gets the full term, not two isolated observations.

📞 One hundred percent of calls, one set of criteria

A supervisor listens to twenty or forty calls a month and grades them with whatever mood the day brings. Qualidot evaluates all of them against the same rubric: opening, identity verification, regulatory compliance, objection handling, payment commitment, close. What matters is not the average score — it's being able to find the twelve calls where something was promised that cannot be delivered.

Rubric · Call QAThreshold 75
  • Identity verificationWeight 15% · Min. 90
  • Script adherenceWeight 25% · Min. 75
  • Mandatory regulatory disclosureWeight 20% · Min. 80
  • Objection handlingWeight 20% · Min. 70
  • Documented payment commitmentWeight 20% · Min. 60

📄 Files, images and spreadsheets

A large share of auditable processes are not conversations but files: an incomplete case file, an evidence photo that doesn't match the site, a spreadsheet with broken formulas. Qualidot reviews images, audio, video, PDF, DOCX and Excel against defined criteria and flags what deviates, with the fragment pinpointed.

✅ Evidence that survives an external audit

When the certifier arrives, the question is not whether the organization believes it does things well, but whether it can prove it. Every evaluation retains its versioned rubric, its linked evidence, its date and its owner. The sample stops being the argument, because there is no sample any more: the full universe is there.

✅ Evidence that survives an external audit

The six axes it measures

Each axis is defined with the organization's own rubric and measured across the full universe, not a sample.

  1. 01

    Risk

Where something was promised that cannot be delivered, where a regulatory step was skipped, where exposure is real rather than perceived.

  2. 02

    Learning curve

How long a new hire takes to reach the standard, and which specific criteria take longest to consolidate.

  3. 03

    Retention

Which interaction patterns precede a churn — a customer or a student — weeks before it happens.

  4. 04

    Service quality

The same criteria applied to every interaction, with linked evidence, instead of the average of a biased sample.

  5. 05

    Process application

Whether the defined process is the process actually executed, measured case by case rather than by declaration.

  6. 06

    Process standardization

One standard applied across every site, shift and team. The de facto standard stops being an aspiration and becomes verifiable.

Tangible outcomes

The axes are measured to move numbers management already tracks.

More sales

Find the conversations where the close is lost and fix the criteria, not the rep.

De facto standards

A single criterion, versioned and applied identically across the operation.

Shorter ramp

Specific feedback from week one instead of at quarter end.

Auditable evidence

Every score links to the minute of video or paragraph of document behind it.

Models that apply your rubric, not theirs

Qualidot does not ship with factory-set quality criteria. It starts from the rubric your organization already uses — its rules, its weighting, its language — and turns it into criteria that video, audio and text models can evaluate. The output is not an opaque number: every score comes with the exact fragment backing it, the minute of the video or the paragraph of the document, so whoever receives it can disagree with the evidence in front of them.

Capabilities

  • Virtual class auditing with video models: presence, use of materials, session-plan adherence and interaction
  • QA of sales, customer support and collections calls across 100% of interactions, not a sample
  • Automated auditing of images, audio, video, PDF, DOCX and Excel through scheduled cron jobs
  • Shared rubrics: defined once, applied identically across the organization, with versioning
  • Traceable scoring: every score links to the evidence fragment that supports it

With what you already use

Qualidot reads material where it already lives and evaluates with whichever model suits each kind of analysis. No moving files, no locking into one vendor.

Native cloud storage

Direct connection to Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox. Recordings, case files and evidence are audited from the folder the team already uses, with nothing to export or duplicate.

Model lineup

Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Qwen, Mistral and open models. Each kind of analysis — video, audio, text, document extraction — uses the model that handles it best, and the provider can change without rewriting the rubrics.

Frequently asked questions

Video and audio for classes and calls; images for photographic evidence; and PDF, DOCX and XLSX for case files, reports and spreadsheets. Batch processes are scheduled with cron jobs, so material is audited as it is produced without anyone having to start it by hand.

It depends on how explicit the rubric is, and that is the part of the work that matters most. Verifiable criteria — whether something was said, whether a field is filled, whether a topic was covered — reach high agreement with human evaluators. More open-judgment criteria are used for prioritization: the system flags the cases a human should review rather than deciding for them.

Data handling is defined during implementation according to the regulation that applies to the organization. It can run with personal-data anonymization, bounded retention and role-based access control, so an evaluator sees only what their function requires. Traceability of who accessed which evidence is logged as well.

Processing is scheduled in batches and scales horizontally, so the practical limit is cost and time window, not architecture. Production installations range from dozens of evaluations a month to volumes no human team could cover.

Yes. Qualidot ingests material from the storage or platform where it already lives — LMS, call recorder, document repository — via API or watched folders. In installations running Artemisa, auditability of classes and academic files comes integrated out of the box.
