How the things we build actually work

Articles on auditability, data analysis and retail operations. Written by the people who build the product, not by a content department.

Why we write this

Most software-company content exists to rank for a keyword. You can tell while reading it: paragraphs that circle the topic without ever explaining it, because explaining it properly would require someone technical to sit down and write.

Here the people who build it write it. Each article explains a concrete mechanism — how you separate who is speaking in a recording, what a sales receipt teaches you, why a satisfaction survey rewards exactly what it should be catching — at the level of detail someone making a decision actually needs.

There are no invented figures. No improvement percentages without a study behind them, no client results we cannot name. When there are numbers that hold up, they will be published with their source; until then, we explain how something works and why it matters, which is what you can actually verify by reading.

Shall we talk about your operation?

Tell us which process is costing you time or money. We'll tell you straight whether PyCore SGC, Qualidot, Artemisa360 or Victoria fits — and if it doesn't, that too.
